Ingredients

  • 30 gflaxseed

    ground

  • 100 galmond flour
  • 30 gcoconut flour
  • salt

    to taste

  • 12 gbaking powder
  • dried garlic
  • 2eggs
  • 125 gavocado flesh

    half avocado

  • 30 mlolive oil
  • 120 gGreek yogurt
  • sesame seeds

    for topping

Instructions

  1. Grind 30g flaxseed and combine with 100g almond flour, 30g coconut flour, salt, 12g baking powder and dried garlic.

  2. Blend 2 eggs with 125g avocado flesh until smooth, then mix in 30ml olive oil and 120g Greek yogurt.

  3. Fold wet and dry mixtures together to form a thick batter and transfer to a greased loaf tin.

  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 180°C (350°F) for until deep golden.
