Ingredients

- 30 gflaxseed
ground
- 100 galmond flour
- 30 gcoconut flour
- salt
to taste
- 12 gbaking powder
- dried garlic
- 2eggs
- 125 gavocado flesh
half avocado
- 30 mlolive oil
- 120 gGreek yogurt
- sesame seeds
for topping
Instructions
Grind 30g flaxseed and combine with 100g almond flour, 30g coconut flour, salt, 12g baking powder and dried garlic.
Blend 2 eggs with 125g avocado flesh until smooth, then mix in 30ml olive oil and 120g Greek yogurt.
Fold wet and dry mixtures together to form a thick batter and transfer to a greased loaf tin.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 180°C (350°F) for until deep golden.
