- 1 tspbaking powder
- dried tomatoes
- 150 gavocado

- 3 pieceeggs

- 100 gcoconut urbech
- 7 gpsyllium husk
- 2 pieceeggs

grated
- 15 gpsyllium husk
- sesame seeds

Instructions
Recipe 1: mix avocado, eggs, almond flour, salt, basil, baking powder and dried tomatoes
Shape and sprinkle with sesame, bake 30- at 180 C
Recipe 2: mix avocado, egg and pumpkin seeds
Bake 15- at 180 C
Recipe 3: mix eggs with coconut urbech, salt, psyllium and baking powder
Rest , bake 35- at 180 C
Recipe 4: mix eggs with cheese, psyllium and baking powder
Shape and bake 20- at 180 C
