Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 175 gavocado pulp
  • 2 pieceegg
  • 4 tbspalmond flour
  • salt

    a little

  • dried basil or oregano
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • dried tomatoes
  • sesame seeds

    for topping

Instructions

  1. Mash avocado pulp with eggs

  2. Add almond flour, salt, dried herbs and baking powder

  3. Mix until a smooth dough forms

  4. Line small baking pans with damp parchment and spray with oil

  5. Divide the dough between the pans

  6. Top with dried tomatoes and sesame seeds

  7. Bake at 180 C until golden
