Keto Almond Yogurt Bread
A keto bread baked in cups or jars with yogurt, eggs, ground almonds and a mix of toasted seeds. Flour-free, oat-free and served with an egg-avocado spread.

Ingredients
- 250 mlyogurt
- 3 pieceegg
- salt
- 2 tbspflaxseed
- 2 tbsppsyllium husk
- 2 tbsppumpkin seeds
pan-toasted
- 2 tbspsunflower seeds
pan-toasted
- 2 tbspsesame seeds
pan-toasted
- 90 galmonds
toasted and ground
- 10 gbaking powder
Instructions
Whisk yogurt with eggs and salt
Mix in flaxseed and psyllium
Pan-toast pumpkin, sunflower and sesame seeds, fold into the dough
Grind toasted almonds and add with baking powder
Grease cups or straight jars with vegetable oil
Divide the dough between the cups
Bake at 180 C for 30-
