Ingredients

  • 100 galmond flour
  • salt

    to taste

  • 10 gbaking powder
  • 10 gpsyllium husk
  • 70 galmonds

    ground

  • 50 gwalnuts

    ground

  • 50 gParmesan

    grated

  • 3eggs
  • 120 mlyogurt

    plain

  • 30 mlolive oil
  • 1 tsporegano
  • sesame seeds

    for topping

Instructions

  1. Combine 100g almond flour, salt, 10g baking powder and 10g psyllium.

  2. Blend 70g almonds and 50g walnuts until fine and add with 50g grated Parmesan.

  3. Whisk 3 eggs with 120ml yogurt, 30ml olive oil and 1 teaspoon oregano; mix into the dry ingredients and rest .

  4. Shape the loaf on an oiled tray, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 40- until deep golden.
