Ingredients

  • 180 gcottage cheese
  • 2eggs
  • pinchsalt
  • 135 goats

    ground in a coffee grinder

  • 5 gbaking powder
  • 70 gwalnuts

    roughly chopped

  • sesame seeds

    for coating

Instructions

  1. Whisk 180g cottage cheese with 2 eggs and a pinch of salt.

  2. Grind 135g oats to a flour, mix with 5g baking powder and fold into the cottage-cheese base.

  3. Add 70g chopped walnuts and mix until you have a firm, shapeable dough.

  4. Oil your hands, shape into rolls and coat with sesame seeds. Bake at 190°C for about , until golden.
