- 6eggs

- 60 gbutter
melted
- salt
to taste
- 190 galmond flour
- 2 tspbaking powder
- 1 tbspsesame seeds
Instructions
Whisk egg yolks with melted butter and salt, then stir in half the almond flour.
Whip egg whites to stiff peaks and fold gently into the yolk base.
Mix in the remaining almond flour and baking powder, then pour into a greased loaf pan and scatter sesame seeds.
Bake at 356°F (180°C) for 40- until deep golden and firm; cool completely before slicing.
