  • 150 galmond flour
  • 10 gbaking powder
  • salt

  • 30 gflaxseed

    ground

  • 60 ghazelnuts

    chopped

  • 3eggs
  • 120 mlalmond milk

    unsweetened

  • 30 mlolive oil
  • flaxseed

    for topping

Instructions

  1. Combine 150g almond flour with 10g baking powder and salt.

  2. Grind 30g flaxseed and chop 60g hazelnuts; add both to the bowl.

  3. Whisk 3 eggs with 120ml almond milk and 30ml olive oil; fold into the dry mix.

  4. Pour into damp parchment-lined tins, sprinkle with extra flaxseed and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 40-.
