- 10 gbaking powder

- 60 ghazelnuts

- 3eggs
- 120 mlalmond milk
unsweetened
- 30 mlolive oil
- flaxseed

Instructions
Combine 150g almond flour with 10g baking powder and salt.
Grind 30g flaxseed and chop 60g hazelnuts; add both to the bowl.
Whisk 3 eggs with 120ml almond milk and 30ml olive oil; fold into the dry mix.
Pour into damp parchment-lined tins, sprinkle with extra flaxseed and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 40-.
