Ingredients

- 200 ggreen buckwheat
soaked 8 hours
- 200 mlwater
- 3 tbspflax seeds
ground
- salt
to taste
- dried basil
- 10 gbaking powder
- sunflower seeds
for topping
Instructions
Soak the green buckwheat in water for , then drain and rinse.
Purée the buckwheat with 200 ml fresh water until creamy.
Stir in ground flax, salt, basil and baking powder to a thick batter.
Scrape into an oiled loaf pan and top with sunflower seeds.
Bake at 190°C for 40- until firm and fragrant.
Cool before slicing.
