Gluten-Free Lentil Cheese Bread Without Yeast or Sugar
A soft, flourless cheese bread made from red lentils, yogurt, eggs and cheese. Contains no wheat flour, no sugar, no yeast. Baked with sesame seeds on top for a nutty crust.

Ingredients
- 180 gred lentils
soaked 1 hour in 500 ml water
- 2 pieceeggs
- ½ tspsalt
- 100 gyogurt
- ½ tspground coriander
- 1 clovegarlic
- 20 gbutter
melted
- 100 gcheese
- 10 gbaking powder
- sesame seeds
for topping
Instructions
Soak red lentils in 500 ml water for until swollen, then drain.
Combine lentils, eggs, salt, yogurt, coriander and garlic; blend with an immersion blender until smooth.
Melt butter in the microwave and add to the batter.
Stir in grated cheese and baking powder; mix well.
Grease a baking form with butter and pour in the batter.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Bake at 190 degrees C for until set and golden.

A little salty with the cheese. Will use less next time.
