Ingredients

  • 150 gkefir

    or yogurt

  • 2eggs
  • pinchsalt
  • 75 gcheese

    grated

  • parsley

    a little, chopped

  • green onion

    or garlic, chopped

  • 170 grice flour
  • 5 gbaking powder
  • vegetable oil

    for greasing

Instructions

  1. Whisk 150g kefir with 2 eggs and a pinch of salt until smooth.

  2. Stir in 75g grated cheese, a little chopped parsley and green onion or garlic.

  3. Add 170g rice flour and 5g baking powder and mix to a thick batter.

  4. Grease a loaf tin with vegetable oil and pour in the batter.

  5. Bake at 180°C for 30- until golden and a skewer comes out clean.
