Ingredients

- 2bananas
very ripe, mashed
- 2eggs
- 200 gyogurt
or thick kefir
- 250 goats
150g + 100g
- 10 gbaking powder
- 1 gvanilla
- olive oil
for greasing
- 1banana
for topping
Instructions
Blend 2 very ripe bananas smooth. Whisk in 2 eggs and 200g yogurt or thick kefir.
Stir in 150g oats, 10g baking powder and 1g vanilla.
Mix in another 100g oats, knead lightly and rest .
Grease a loaf pan with olive oil and spread the batter evenly.
Top with banana slices.
Bake at 180°C for , finishing the last on top-and-bottom convection. Check with a skewer before cooling.
