Ingredients

- 250 grolled oats
- 4 tbspflaxseed
- 2 tbspchia seeds
- 1 tsporegano
- sun-dried tomatoes
- 40 gwalnuts
- 30 gsunflower seeds
- 375 mlwater
- 30 mlolive oil
- salt
to taste
- black sesame seeds
for topping
Instructions
Combine 250g oats, 4 tablespoons flaxseed, 2 tablespoons chia, salt, oregano and chopped sun-dried tomatoes.
Stir in 40g walnuts, 30g sunflower seeds, 375ml water and 30ml olive oil.
Transfer to a greased baking dish and let rest .
Drizzle with a little more olive oil, sprinkle with black sesame.
Bake at 180°C for 40-. Cool fully before slicing.
