Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 250 grolled oats
  • 4 tbspflaxseed
  • 2 tbspchia seeds
  • 1 tsporegano
  • sun-dried tomatoes
  • 40 gwalnuts
  • 30 gsunflower seeds
  • 375 mlwater
  • 30 mlolive oil
  • salt

    to taste

  • black sesame seeds

    for topping

Instructions

  1. Combine 250g oats, 4 tablespoons flaxseed, 2 tablespoons chia, salt, oregano and chopped sun-dried tomatoes.

  2. Stir in 40g walnuts, 30g sunflower seeds, 375ml water and 30ml olive oil.

  3. Transfer to a greased baking dish and let rest .

  4. Drizzle with a little more olive oil, sprinkle with black sesame.

  5. Bake at 180°C for 40-. Cool fully before slicing.
