- 220 gcottage cheese
- 2eggs
- salt
- dried tomatoes
- green onions
- 30 gparmesan
grated
- 3 tbsprolled oats
- 1 tspbaking powder
- vegetable oil
- sesame seeds
for topping
Instructions
Whisk the cottage cheese with eggs, salt, chopped dried tomatoes and green onions.
Stir in grated parmesan, oats and baking powder to a soft dough.
Shape small flatbreads on a lined baking tray and brush with vegetable oil.
Sprinkle sesame seeds generously over each flatbread.
Bake at 180°C for 25- until deeply golden and firm.
Serve warm with soft spreads or savoury toppings.
