Ingredients

  • 50 gflaxseed
  • 100 gsunflower seeds
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • ½ tspsalt
  • 3 pieceegg
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 200 gcottage cheese
  • sunflower seeds

  • coriander

    for topping

Instructions

  1. Grind flaxseed and sunflower seeds in a blender

  2. Mix with baking powder and salt

  3. Beat eggs with olive oil and cottage cheese

  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients into a dough

  5. Grease a silicone mold

  6. Transfer the dough and sprinkle with sunflower seeds and coriander

  7. Bake at 180 C for 45-
