Ingredients

  • 160 gchickpeas
  • 200 mlkefir
  • 2eggs
  • 45 gpumpkin seeds
  • 45 gsunflower seeds
  • 10 gbaking powder
  • 40 gpsyllium husk
  • dried garlic
  • salt

    to taste

  • sesame seeds

    for topping

Instructions

  1. Blend 160g chickpeas with 200ml kefir and 2 eggs until smooth.

  2. Stir in salt, dried garlic, pumpkin and sunflower seeds.

  3. Add 10g baking powder and 40g psyllium, mix well and let the dough rest briefly.

  4. Shape the loaf with oiled hands, sprinkle with sesame and transfer to a greased pan.

  5. Bake at 180°C for 40- until the crust is golden. Cool before slicing.
