Chickpea Psyllium Rolls
Flour-free, yeast-free bread rolls made from a can of chickpeas, psyllium and flaxseed. Formed into six savory buns with dried garlic and oregano.

Ingredients
- 240 gcanned chickpeas with liquid
- 20 mlvegetable oil
- 20 gpsyllium husk
- dried garlic
- oregano
- 1 tspbaking powder
- 20 gflaxseed
- 4 tbsppsyllium husk

Instructions
Blend chickpeas with their liquid in a mixer
Add vegetable oil, psyllium, dried garlic and oregano
Stir in baking powder, flaxseed and extra psyllium
Let rest
Divide the dough into 6 parts and shape into rolls
Sprinkle with psyllium and dried garlic on one side
Bake at 180 C for 35-
