Chickpea Bread from 2 Ingredients and Healthy Chickpea Cookies
A flour-free chickpea bread made from only soaked chickpeas and psyllium husk, seasoned with dill, coriander and rosemary. The video also includes a healthy chickpea-walnut cookie as a bonus recipe.

Ingredients
- 150 gchickpeas
soaked in water for 12 hours, then drained
- 100 mlwater
- 1 tspsalt
- 25 gpsyllium husk
- 1 tspground dill
- 1 tspground coriander
- 1 tspground rosemary
- 30 mlolive oil
- coriander
for topping
Instructions
Soak chickpeas in water for , then drain.
Blend soaked chickpeas with 100 ml water until smooth.
Add salt and psyllium husk and mix well.
Add ground dill, coriander and rosemary; stir to combine.
Pour in olive oil and mix well; let the dough rest for 15 to .
Oil your hands, shape the dough on a baking tray and score the top.
Sprinkle coriander on top and bake at 180 degrees C for .
