- 100 goats
ground to a flour
- 100 grice flour
- pinchsalt
- tspdry garlic
- 1 tsporegano
- 200 mlkefir
or liquid yogurt
- 4eggs
- 30 mlolive oil
- 150 ghomemade cheese
grated or crumbled
- sesame seeds
for topping
Instructions
Combine 100g oat flour, 100g rice flour, salt, dry garlic and 1 teaspoon oregano in a bowl.
Whisk 4 eggs with 200ml kefir and 30ml olive oil, then pour into the dry mix and stir smooth.
Fold in 150g grated homemade cheese until evenly distributed.
Transfer to a greased loaf tin, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 180°C for 40-, until golden and firm. Cool briefly before slicing.
