Ingredients

- 200 gred lentils
soaked at least 4 hours, then drained
- 80 gcheese
grated
- chives
chopped
- 2eggs
- 1 tbspsour cream
- 35 mlolive oil
- ½ tspbaking powder
- ½ tspground coriander
- ½ tspsalt
- onion
finely chopped
- flaxseed
for topping
Instructions
Soak 200g red lentils in 700ml water for at least , then drain.
Blend the lentils with 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon sour cream and 35ml olive oil until smooth.
Stir in 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander, 1/2 teaspoon salt, the grated cheese, chopped chives and onion.
Grease a loaf pan with oil, transfer the batter and level the surface. Sprinkle flaxseed over the top.
Bake at 180°C for until the loaf is set and golden. Cool before slicing.
