- 350 graw buckwheat
ground in a blender
- 80 gspinach

- 11 gbaking powder

- 100 mlwater
Instructions
Grind 350g raw buckwheat to a fine flour in a blender.
Blend 80g fresh spinach with 100ml water until smooth, then combine with the buckwheat flour, 11g baking powder and a pinch of salt.
Fold in 1 grated apple and mix until you have a spoonable dough. No kneading required.
Transfer to a greased loaf tin, level the top and bake at 180°C for about , until firm and fragrant. Cool before slicing.
