Ingredients

  • 100 ggreen buckwheat

    ground

  • 100 gred lentils

    ground

  • 30 gpsyllium husk
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • salt

    to taste

  • 30 gpumpkin seeds

    pan-toasted

  • 30 gsunflower seeds

    pan-toasted

  • 375 mlwater
  • 30 gflaxseed

Instructions

  1. Grind green buckwheat and red lentils in a coffee grinder

  2. Mix with psyllium, baking powder and salt

  3. Pan-toast pumpkin and sunflower seeds, then grind

  4. Add water and mix into a dough

  5. Fold in the toasted seeds and flaxseed

  6. Shape into sticks, score the top and sprinkle with flaxseed

  7. Bake at 200 C for
