Green Buckwheat and Lentil Sticks
Flour-free bread sticks made with ground green buckwheat and red lentils, bound with psyllium and flaxseed. Quick 5-minute dough baked at high heat.

Ingredients
- 100 ggreen buckwheat
ground
- 100 gred lentils
ground
- 30 gpsyllium husk
- 1 tspbaking powder
- salt
to taste
- 30 gpumpkin seeds
pan-toasted
- 30 gsunflower seeds
pan-toasted
- 375 mlwater
- 30 gflaxseed
Instructions
Grind green buckwheat and red lentils in a coffee grinder
Mix with psyllium, baking powder and salt
Pan-toast pumpkin and sunflower seeds, then grind
Add water and mix into a dough
Fold in the toasted seeds and flaxseed
Shape into sticks, score the top and sprinkle with flaxseed
Bake at 200 C for
