Ingredients

  • 1broccoli head

    steamed and mashed, half used

  • 2eggs
  • salt
  • 1 cupoats

    soaked 15-20min

  • 1onion
  • 3mushrooms

    diced small

  • 1carrot
  • 130 gcheese

    grated

  • 1 clovegarlic
  • olive oil

    for sauteing

  • pumpkin seeds

    for topping

Instructions

  1. Steam 1 broccoli head for 10- and mash with a fork. Reserve half for this recipe.

  2. Whisk 2 eggs with salt, stir in 1 cup oats and let them soak 15-.

  3. Saute 1/2 onion, 3 diced mushrooms and 1 carrot in olive oil until golden, then stir into the oat mixture with the broccoli.

  4. Fold in 130g grated cheese and a little garlic; transfer to an oiled baking tray and top with pumpkin seeds.

  5. Bake at 180°C for , finishing the last on convection for a golden crust. Cool and slice.
