- 60 gcheddar cheese
- 2eggs
- broccoli
1 head
- 60 goats
- pinchsalt
- 180 gcottage cheese
- 1 tspgarlic powder
- vegetable oil
Instructions
Blend a head of broccoli with 60g cheddar and 2 eggs until chunky.
Stir in 60g oats, a pinch of salt, 180g cottage cheese and 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
Grease small baking forms with oil and spoon in the batter; brush the tops with oil.
Bake at 180-190°C for 25- until golden; cool briefly and serve.
