Ingredients

  • 75 galmond flour
  • salt

    pinch

  • 1 tspdried garlic
  • 25 gcoconut flour
  • 14 gpsyllium husk
  • 8 gbaking powder
  • 4 pieceeggs
  • 140 gGreek yogurt
  • 15 mlolive oil
  • 200 gmozzarella

    shredded

  • 1 bunchgreen onions
  • 250 gbroccoli

    finely chopped

  • sesame seeds

    for topping

Instructions

  1. Saute chopped broccoli with olive oil and a splash of water for

  2. Lightly puree with immersion blender

  3. Mix almond flour, coconut flour, salt, dried garlic, psyllium and baking powder

  4. Combine dry ingredients with broccoli

  5. Add eggs, Greek yogurt, olive oil, mozzarella and green onions

  6. Let the dough rest for

  7. Grease hands and form buns

  8. Sprinkle with sesame seeds

  9. Bake for 22- at 190 C (375 F) until golden
