Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 120 gsunflower seeds
  • 30 gsesame seeds
  • 75 gflaxseed
  • 30 gchia seeds
  • 225 gapple

    grated

  • 3 pieceegg
  • 1 tspsalt
  • coriander

    for topping

Instructions

  1. Grind sunflower seeds, sesame, flaxseed and chia in a coffee grinder

  2. Mix all dry ingredients

  3. Beat eggs with salt

  4. Fold dry ingredients and grated apple into the eggs

  5. Grease a baking pan with oil

  6. Transfer the dough and sprinkle with coriander

  7. Bake at 180 C for 60-
