Almond Seed Yogurt Bread (No Flour, No Sugar)
Almond and seed bread with psyllium, flax, pumpkin and sunflower seeds. Made with yogurt and eggs, flour-free and sugar-free.

Ingredients
- 90 galmonds
ground
- salt
to taste
- 20 gpsyllium husk
- 20 gsesame seeds
- 1 tsporegano
- 20 gflaxseed
ground
- 10 gbaking powder
- 20 gpumpkin seeds
- 20 gsunflower seeds
lightly toasted
- 3 pieceeggs
- 240 mlyogurt
- sesame seeds
for topping
Instructions
Grind almonds finely
Mix ground almonds with salt, psyllium, sesame seeds and oregano
Grind flaxseed in a coffee grinder and add
Add baking powder, pumpkin seeds and lightly toasted sunflower seeds
Stir in eggs and yogurt
Mix all ingredients well
Grease pans and sprinkle with sesame seeds
Place dough in pans, brush with oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds
Bake for 40- at 180 C
