High-protein flourless bread made from ground almonds, flax, pumpkin, sunflower and sesame seeds. Yogurt-based, sugar-free, rich in fiber.

Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 100 galmonds

    ground

  • salt

    to taste

  • 2 tspbaking powder
  • 1 tbsppsyllium husk
  • 50 gflaxseed

    half ground

  • 50 gpumpkin seeds
  • 50 gsunflower seeds

    toasted

  • 50 gsesame seeds
  • 3 pieceeggs
  • 150 gyogurt
  • 30 mlolive oil

Instructions

  1. Grind almonds finely

  2. Mix ground almonds with salt, baking powder and psyllium

  3. Grind half of the flaxseed in a coffee grinder

  4. Add all flaxseed, pumpkin, sunflower (toasted) and sesame seeds

  5. Stir in eggs, yogurt and olive oil

  6. Mix well and let rest 10- so psyllium swells

  7. Grease a loaf pan and transfer the dough

  8. Shape the bread and sprinkle with pumpkin and sunflower seeds

  9. Bake for 45- at 180 C (350 F)
