Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 160 gred lentils
  • 40 gpsyllium husk
  • 10 gbaking powder
  • 60 gwalnuts
  • 2eggs
  • 250 mlkefir

    or liquid yogurt

  • 20 mlolive oil
  • coriander
  • salt

    to taste

  • 1 tspsesame seeds

    for topping

Instructions

  1. Grind 160g red lentils to flour.

  2. Combine with 40g psyllium, salt, coriander and 10g baking powder.

  3. Fold in 60g chopped walnuts, then whisk in 2 eggs, 250ml kefir and 20ml olive oil.

  4. Transfer to a greased baking dish, drizzle with extra olive oil and sprinkle with sesame.

  5. Bake at 180°C for 45-.

  6. Blend the smoothie: 2 green apples, 40g cilantro, 2 celery stalks, 70g spinach and 1 glass of water with ice.
