- 450 gcottage cheese
- 200 galmond flour
- 10 gbaking powder
- sesame seeds
for topping
Instructions
Blend eggs with salt and cottage cheese until smooth.
Fold in almond flour and baking powder until the dough is sticky but shapeable.
Shape 5 buns on a greased baking sheet with oiled hands and scatter sesame seeds on top.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30- until deep golden; cool before slicing for sandwiches.
