  • salt

  • 450 gcottage cheese
  • 200 galmond flour
  • 10 gbaking powder
  • sesame seeds

    for topping

Instructions

  1. Blend eggs with salt and cottage cheese until smooth.

  2. Fold in almond flour and baking powder until the dough is sticky but shapeable.

  3. Shape 5 buns on a greased baking sheet with oiled hands and scatter sesame seeds on top.

  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30- until deep golden; cool before slicing for sandwiches.
